FOOD CONSUMPTION AS AN INDICATOR OF THE STATE OF THE DOMESTIC FOOD MARKET
The problem of food consumption as an indicator of food safety of the state is considered in the article. Special attention is paid to the study of the balanced diet of the average citizen of Ukraine. Ways to raise purchasing power of the population are offered.
