Upper gastrointestinal ischemia as a rare complication of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria
Abstract When patients with PNH present with abdominal symptoms, thrombosis‐induced gastrointestinal injury should be considered; computed tomography and esophagogastroduodenoscopy may help make the diagnosis of this potentially serious complication.
