Identification characters of nymphal instars and adult female of Kermes quercus (LINNAEUS, 1758) (Hemiptera: Kermesidae)
The 3rd-instar female and adult female of Kermes quercus (LINNAEUS) are redescribed and illustrated. Identification characters of the 1st-instar, 2nd-instar male, 2nd-instar female, 3rd-instar female and adult female of K. quercus are discussed. A key to the identification of instars is included.
