Contractions with rational inequalities in the extended b-metric space
Abstract In this paper, we prove some fixed point theorems for contractions of rational type in the setting of the extended b-metric spaces. We present some examples to illustrate the validity of our results. Our results improve and generalize a number of fixed point results in the literature.
