Identification of microorganism belonging to the Halobacteriaceae family in the salt mine of Zipaquirá, Cundinamarca, Colombia
This study was designed to identified halophytus microorganisms on samples from the salt mines of Zipaquirá, Colombia. We identified two representative genre Halobacterium sp. and Halococcus sp. which grew at an optimal NaCl concentration of 2.5 M.
