To study applied in Turkey from 1926 to the present day the elementary, secondary and primary schools curriculums have been obtained from the Board of Education and the Ministry of National Education Publications Department. According to the findings of the study, in 1926 and 1936 in elementary school curriculum hasn’t been given a place related to an explanation measurement and evaluation; in 1948, 1954 and 1968 have been prepared in elementary school curriculum has been given a place directed measurement and evaluation explanations only in the arithmetic lesson and very limited space. In 1948 secondary school curriculum and in 1968 curriculums have been talked about measurement and evaluation purpose and measurement tools clearly.
