The unproductive artist and the category of work in contemporary arts
This essay discusses the attraction of the forms of passive resistance and of art, or of the artist, as without work as well as the limitations and paradoxes of proposals that rephrase and reshape a posture of unproductivity in the context of contemporaneity.
