Development of method of quantative determination of 1 - (Β-phenylethyl)-4-amino-1,2,4-triazol bromide in 0.2% solution for injections
The suitability of HPLC method for the development of the procedure for quantifi cation of 1-(β-phenylethyl)-4-amino-1,2,4-thriazolyl bromide in a 0.2 % solution for injection has been proved. The procedure was validated, so it may be used for the quality control of injectable dosage forms.
