Hyperides and <i>Epopteia</i>: A New Fragment of the <i>Defense of Phryne</i>
<p>Two linked passages in Pollux about trials concerning the Eleusinian Mysteries are connected by their vocabulary to the surviving fragments of Hyperides’ <em>Defense of Phryne</em> and so can be added as a new testimony about that speech.</p>
