Evaluate to learn: towards a communicative dimension formativa and motivadora of the evaluation

<p>A frame for assessment is delimited regarding key aspects like communication, motivation and training. The ideas, the experiences and the expectations of the professors of the initial training are explored and they related to the sense delimited in this work on assessment.</p>
