Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) following autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation for multiple myeloma
Abstract PML should be considered in patients with neurological symptoms following MM and in those who are immunosuppressed. Symptoms are diverse and often rapidly progressing. Prompt referral and early involvement of the multidisciplinary team are crucial.
