RESEARCH OF FREIGHT VEHICLES DOWNTIME AT BORDER CROSSINGS AT CARDO TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN UKRAINE AND RUSSIA
The paper describes the processes affecting the duration of idle trucks on the border of Ukraine and Russia under custom control. The waiting time regularities are obtained on the basis of transportation processes observations.
