The problem of assessing the quality of teaching software in the context of teaching mathematics innovatization

In article, being based on the informatization as a leading tendency of pedagogical innovation and civilization development, the problem of pedagogical program tools quality is analyzed, essentially new approach to its estimation is offered, qualitative and quantitative criterions are proved.
