Sweet syndrome in a patient with Hidradenitis Suppurativa

Abstract Neutrophilic Dermatoses should be considered in the differential diagnosis, if a patient with abrupt onset of painful erythematous plaques/nodules and elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate is not responding to antibiotics.
