Transition to Technical Services Category of Librarianship Profession and Its Effect to the Public Librarianship
The article deals with the social perception towards librarianship profession, which has been recently transmitted to the technical services category by decree of Council of Ministers, and the effect of this decree on public librarianship in Turkey.
