After a year about the completion of the first phase of self-evaluation, managed at the systemic level, it is interesting to check if the process is moving toward the target for the persons who work inside the school system. Now is possible to analyze the Self-Assessment Reports (RAV), the output produced by each institution as a result of a self-rating process. RAV are the bases for the issue of the Improvement Plans (PdM). This research, starting from the analysis of open fields of the RAV posted online, has the objective to check the mobilized expertise in the drafting of the self-assessment reports and discover the possible gaps in the expertise of the teachers. The gaps could be filled with training plans developed specifically in order to support a realistic and actionable improvement process.
