Calcium phosphate foam ceramics with regulated bioactivity

The introduction of a 10−50 mass.% of brushite powder or tricalcium phosphate heated at 50−70°C in a hydroxyapatite slip leads after annealing at 1200°C to formation of resorbable calcium phosphate phases which make it possible to regulate the degree of bioactivity of the foam ceramics.
