L’ethnologue comme témoin expert : histoires personnelles

This article describes the personal experiences of an anthropologist as expert witness, particularly his appearances before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in Costa Rica, where he twice testified on behalf of the Saamaka Maroons of Suriname, with whom he has worked for fifty years.
