Summary:Tendencies of integration of visual impaired children to the mass schools as well as significant value of information-communication technologies (ICT) in the education of these children require corresponding training of primary school teachers. The purpose of this article is to analyse the approaches to the concept of ICT-competence with further definition of primary school teacher’s tifloinformation competences. Literature analysis has discovered that there is no connection between ICT-competences and pupil with visual impairments yet. As a result, the list of primary school teacher’s tifloinformation competences was formulated. The objective of further investigations consist in the development of techniques essential for creation of corresponding competences.
