Abandono. Comentario a la Sentencia 135/10 del Juzgado de lo Penal nº 4 de Bilbao (Bizkaia) de 25 de marzo de 2010
The article comments the judgment of court nº 4 of Bilbao dated 25/03/2010, that blams inusually for a crime of animal mistreatment: the serious abandonment of six dogs in a pavillon, without food, hygiene or care, that caused death to one of them and wounds to the others.
