The status of the training approach of the life insurance companies. 2. The influence of organizational variable to the training approach of salesmen. 3. The influence of motivation systems to the organizational performance.4. The relationship between training approach of the salesmen and organizational performance and the important approaches in prompting the salesmen performance.5.The between training approach of the salesmen and organizational performance under the moderator variable of the organizational climate. According to the convenience sampling, 14 life insurance companies and 41 agency offices are selected.There are 379 samples used in the research. The following statistical results concluded:1. The organizational climate is composed of attitude,support & identity,warmth, structure, reward, active risk, harmonious, self-control standard, and open competition. 2.Among the job training before working pattern, Orientation and lectures are taken more frequently than others. Among the on- the-job training pattern,lectures and job instruction trianing taken more frequently than the others. Among the promotion pattern,lectures,conference and project training are taken more more frequently than the others.3. According to the results,the influences of organization variable to the training approach of salesmen are obvious.4. According to the statistical results, the influences of the training approach of salesmen to organizational performance is obvious.5. According to the results, the influences of the training approach of salesmen to organization performance (business performance and organization commitment) is obvious under the moderator variable of the climate .
