Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 物理學系 === 87 === We have grown the high quality NiFe/NiFeMn thin film system by MBE to study the exchange biasing effect. Choosing different composition, growth temperature and thickness of NiFeMn to examine how it affects the exchange biasing field. Using X-ray diffraction, magneto-optical kerr effect (MOKE) to identify the crystalline structure and the magnetic properties. The annealing-time-dependent unchange in the unidirectional anisotropy field for exchange coupled film with NiFeMn was investigated after thermal annealing. According to our studies of exchange biasing effect, we could understand that the half-half composition of NiFeMn obtained larger exchange biasing effect, and the minimum thickness was needed in order to maintain a higher blocking temperature was 160A
