Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 生活應用科學研究所 === 88 === There are two purposes of this research. The first one is to analyze satisfaction from consuming western fried chicken of fast food chain stores. The second one is to compare consumption satisfaction difference among consumers. Questionnaires were issued and 423 effective samples out of 450 samples were collected and analyzed in this study. All sample data were collected from questionnaires issued to consumers visiting McDonald,s, KFC(Kentucky Fried Chicken), or GOLD IN TEX. Statistical characteristics of sample data , including mean , frequence distribution , and percentage have been utilized. Statistical methods of t-test , one-way ANOVA, LSD, regression, and paired t-test were applied. Findings of this study are as follows: 1.There are significant differences in satisfaction from consuming western fried chicken sold in the three fast food chain stores under study. 2.Test results show the two factors of「palatabity of side order」and 「quantity of meal」play as significant roles for consumers to determine their satisfaction from consuming fast food . 3.The ranking of comprehensive consumption satisfaction , based on comparing a total of 26 characteristics of fast food , starts with KFC , followed by McDonald,s , and then GOLD IN TEX.
