Summary: | 碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系碩士班 === 90 === The study tested the model of service relationship (Bowen & Shoemaker, 1998) at the Top Pool School. There are some results, which got from the study: (1) the positive linkage between the switching costs which members experienced and the commitment of the relationship, (2) the negative linkage between the value difference which members experienced and the trust of the relationship, (3) the positive linkage between the benefits, fair costs which members experienced and the trust of the relationship, (4) the negative linkage between the natural opportunistic behavior which the members experienced and the trust of the relationship, (5) the positive linkage between the trust of the relationship and the commitment of the relationship, (6) the positive linkage between the commitment of the relationship and the products use, voluntarily partnership of the members’ inclination, (7) the negative linkage between the commitment of the relationship and the reactive opportunistic behavior of the members’ inclination, (8) the negative linkage between the trust of the relationship and the uncertainly of the members’ decision.
