Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 生活應用科學研究所碩士在職專班 === 90 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy of the cooperative education. The questionnaires are designed separately for three kinds of evaluation objects to compare differences of cooperative effectiveness for food& beverage education in both sides across the Strait. SPSS for window statistical method will be used to conduct the empirical analysis. Results for this study reveal that the sex, age and education of students will influence the viewpoint of the students in cooperative education. In education administration, there was no significant satisfaction in both sides, especially for the students in Taiwan. . In course design, most of the students in both sides recommend that the school course should be cooperative with the cooperative institutions. In teacher quality and equipment, the students in both sides show positive opinions in inviting experts and adopting similar equipments to cooperative institutions. In job- looking, the students are most sure that the job-practice play a significant role in determining the job-selection. In the efficacy of practice, the students in Mainland China think that the job-practice is a significant benefit for promoting the social experience and humanity relationship. However, no promotion was recognized for Taiwan students. In the quality of practice, the students in Mainland China show more satisfactory than those in Taiwan. In addition, the students in both sides strongly agree that the job-practice is necessary and helpful for upgrading the workability and increasing the problem-solving ability of students. Based on the results obtained on the above studies, it shows that the students in Both sides of across the Strait show positive appreciation on cooperative education of food & beverage.
