The methodology involves the questionnaire survey and the deepening interview. First of all, the questionnaire was utilized to investigate the circumstances of the mathematical seed teachers’ impetus to one-to-nine school curriculum, and the perception of the prospective program. The deepening interview was the second in order to complete the data collection. The results indicate that the progress of the mathematical seed teachers’ impetus was influenced by their position and the school context. The component of the impetus influenced by the training class then can be conferred on the knowledge part and the practice part. With regard to the expectation of the prospective program, the main opinion is choosing the competitive teachers, designing the strict program arranged appropriately.
