Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 國際企業學系碩士班 === 92 === In the past, the researches of influence factors of performance about participating international tradeshow are developed form the level of strategy, the influence factors of performance from behaviors are overseen, so there is deficient in these researches. The samples of this study are gathered from the firms which participated 2003 Computex Taipei, 65 firms are empirically analyzed to explore how the behaviors in stages and in factors influence the performance of participating international tradeshow, in addition to explore whether or not the importance of behavior vary in different motives of participating international tradeshow. Findings of this study indicate that in-tradeshow-behavior has significant and positive influence on attracting customer, past-tradeshow-behavior has significant and positive influence on raising lead: ,Ad-promotion and booth management have significant and positive influence on attracting customer, personnel sales has significant and positive influence on raising lead. Finally, the importance of behavior indeed vary in different motives of participating international tradeshow
