Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 科學教育研究所 === 93 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of situated learning on learning environment and students’ attitude toward science in three senior high biology classes. Two classes, 80 students, were selected as the experimental group, and the teaching was designed according to situated learning theory;the other class with 41 students was used as the controlled group with the traditional lecturing method. WIHIC and Students’ Attitudes Toward Science were used as the instruments to evaluate the effects of two different teaching methods. After a semester, 19 weeks of teaching, the results indicated that there were no significant differences on learning environment and students’ attitude toward science between these two groups. There were qualitative data collected by interviewing and questionnaire telling more detailed information related to students’ feeling to these two different teaching methods.
