Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 92 === Along with the diversified industry environment that affects the performance and the earning of the business, firms can promote its benefits by changing their marketing strategies, customer attitude and purchasing behavior. Therefore, it is very important to realize the factors of marketing strategies and enhance the ability of adjustment. On the other hand, if we could influence the customer behavior and their purchasing intention by marketing strategies, we can do our best on the adjustment ability of corporate marketing strategies. In this research, the Markov chain theory that is not the experience inductive method is applied to analyze how the transformation of customer attitude affects one’s purchasing behavior. This research tries to destruct the customer behavior under the excitation of marketing actions and build a general dynamic model to analyze the interactions between the marketing strategies and the customer behavior. Furthermore, the data related product marketing and political marketing is employed to test the practicability and possibility of this model. Eventually, it hopes the results of this research will help the decision makers of the business or the election teams to plan and adjust their product marketing strategies or political marketing activities to complete the better performance. Hopefully, the results of this research will provide some suggestions to help government agency to make the related rules more completely.
