Description
Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 會計學系研究所 === 92 === The main purpose of this study is to establish a complete, reasonable, and efficient selection model to evaluate the suitable food supplier of nutrition lunch. The selection model is based on the multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) method integrated with fuzzy theory. In this study, the hierarchical criteria framework and evaluation criteria are constructed by way of literary review, expert interviews and questionnaire survey. At first, we get the major criteria by Fuzzy Delphi Method. Then we aggregate the various opinions of experts and determine the relative criteria weights by using the analytic hierachy process (AHP) method. Finally, the fuzzy theory is used to quantify the linguistic information of the evaluation committee and rank the priority of food supplier candidates. In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed evaluation procedure, we perform the evaluation simulation for the food supplier selection of nutrition lunch of a public elementary school in Taichung County. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed evaluation procedure is a scientific, reasonable, and easy way to be applied in the food supplier selection of nutrition lunch.
