To overcome this revolution, hotels and restaurants has generates many strategies, such as introducing a new style of dining, lowering the material costs, enhancing the quality of services…etc. Upon all of these management strategies, leading the new information technology is very important and necessary for leaders to make correct decisions efficiently. In spite of dining industry or many other industries, using the ERP system needs to do Business Process Reengineering (BPR); BPR reforming expert, Hammer, said that “Process” is the key point of the whole reforming procedure. But whether or not the business is necessary to adopt this process for improving depends on the business evaluation. Business evaluation in the recent years enhances “Value as the main point”; it will be the key statement for the organization innovation and management innovation to all the industries in Taiwan. This research aiming on a company in Taiwan’s stock market will become the first thesis that reports and discuss Taiwan region’s ERP system. This company’s business including Chinese style dining, Western style dining, combining Chinese and Western styles of chain restaurants, Central line production. We have tried to merge the principle of business evaluation while organizing ERP system; and have also calculated the actual values to find value drivers for individual enterprise before using “Key Performance Indicator” on them. The system organization is designed by Object-Oriented, and then draft the dining ERP structure. We are hoping through this individual case study will help Taiwan’s enterprises leading into ERP, and improving the industry’s competition ability, also developing the related industries.
