And is it different under the moderating effect of employees’ gender role attitudes in the relation between supervisors’ conflict management styles and employees’ perception of leadership effectives. Questionnaire extending was utilized for researching, there were 189 valid response questionnaires. Pearson Correlation Coefficients and hierarchical regression were employed for data analysis. According to the statistical result, supervisors’ conflict management styles had affection on subordinates’ perception of leadership effectiveness. Integrating and obliging style have positive affection on leadership effectiveness; dominating style has a negative affection on leadership effectiveness. And subordinates’ gender role attitude has no significant moderating effect on the relation of supervisors’ conflict management and subordinates’ perception of leadership effectiveness.
