The Kano questionnaire is designed to determine two-dimensional quality factors, which is different from traditional method using expectation and actual deviations (application of P.Z.B model). From the interviews and literature reviews, we choose the key quality items of recreation service and determine two-dimentional quality factors based on the sampling from vistors. We also compare the opinions deviations among occupation groups on Kano quality characters in order to find out Kano quality factors as reference for recreation management improving service quality satisfaction.
