Description
Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理研究所碩士班 === 93 === According to the level of express, the knowledge can be separated to tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. In evaluating the value of the two knowledge mentioned before, the tacit knowledge is valuer than the explicit one for the reason that the tacit one is accumulated by whole life’s learning and experience. Besides most scholars agreed that it is also the foundation of the business innovation. Nonaka (1994) has mentioned metaphor is the key to express tacit knowledge. Fortunately, the research on reasoning mechanism with metaphor has greater outcome in recent years, including Lakoff and Johnson (1980) offer the two-domain model; Fauconnier and Turner (1996a, 1998a, and 1998b) propose many space model. The reach conducted in quasi-exam method and the objects are university students which are separated in different 31 groups. The results has shown that it can help to create more ideas and concepts by using metaphor, also when discussing under the reasoning mechanism condition, the members of the group can explain and express the hard-understanding ides. Therefore result proved that the reasoning mechanism can improve the effect of sharing tacit knowledge. In summary, the paper enriched the related literature of metaphor and provided some advice to the R&D and the advertising idea people tha when discussing, prople can use metaphor to express each other and improve the quality of communication and create more concepts and ideas. In this way, the product will be more competitive than others.
