Due to the dynamic properties of the customers, how to attract and retain customers is a question. And how to enhance the relationship between customers and suppliers is an important issue. Mobile devices can help us to solve the above questions which provide the best tool for one to one customer relationship. By using the global positioning system, the requirement of the customers can be satisfied in time and the suppliers can also provide the information actively. The architecture of a customer relationship management system with modules linking the clients and server based on the Mobile technology is proposed to respond a query accurately in this study. For implementation, an architecture system about the franchisors of the petrol stations is developed. We first collect customers’ personal information and past data by the market survey technology and then use the surveyed data to classify the customers. The functions of offline programs can update the trade data and help administers to manage the relationship between customers and franchisors effectively according to the customer’s preferences. When a query is proposed by a customer, it will be grouped into the proper cluster and the nearest stations with the most satisfied added service of the belonged cluster are suggested by using a mobile device efficiently.
