At last, based on the literature research and the results of this study, substantive suggestions will be put forward in the hope that educational institutions, schools, and teachers will take advantage of them as they embark on educational reforms and school administrative innovation . The research methods of this study employ literature research and questionnaire survey. The questionnaire employed in this study is “Questionnaire of Elementary School teachers’ participation in administrative decision-making in Yi-Lan County”. The questionnaires were allocated to 510 teachers in the public elementary schools in Yi-Lan County and 446 questionnaires were retrieved. The questionnaires acquired were analyzed through the employment of SPSS10.0, describe statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The major results of this research are as follows: 1. Elementary school teachers’ participation in administrative decision-making fell in the category of intermediate degree, while they took part in instructional affairs the most and in the decision-making affairs the lowest. 2. The degrees of elementary school teachers’ participation in administrative decision-making were varied according to teachers’ gender, age, position, years of teaching, and if they were members of Teachers Union. 3.
