Data were collected from platform records, instruction reflection journals, students’ works, learning feedback sheets from students, questionnaires, and interviews for helping researchers revise the action as the basis for the next stage of the study. The effects on information learning are as follows: 1.Asynchronous web-based learning environments can indeed help students learn how to use software. 2.Teachers, parents and students themselves all agree that the web-based learning environments can help students learning. 3.Both students and parents have high interest and expectations toward Web-based learning environments. In this research, researcher’s instruction reflection as follow: 1.Using incentive strategies can enhance students’ performance. 2.During instructional processes, the teacher and students should have more face-to face time to answer students’ questions. 3.The problem of computer hardware was another annoying factor for instruction. 4.Practical and interesting curriculum design gathered from daily life can increase students’ learning interests and enhance their performance.
