The main findings of this research were stated as follows: 1.There were significant differences between the 3rd graders with and without learning disability in the scores of word acquisition test. 2.There were significant differences between the 3rd graders with and without learning disability in the scores of listening vocabulary, listening memory,sequential memory,family language environment,and socioeconomic statues. 3.According to the result of Regression analysis for the students with and without learning disability the listening memory was significant prediction variable.
