At the same time, it also expounds that teachers with different backgrounds are apparently related to the variations of the information incorporating teaching and teaching effectiveness. To observe the variations of the information incorporating teaching by analyzing the element of teachers’ backgrounds and teachers would identity the relationship between the concern in the variations of the information incorporating teaching and teaching effectiveness. Then, according to the research results, those could give us the suggestions of promoting the information incorporating teaching and teaching effectiveness. “Questionary-investigating” method is adopted in this research. The scope of the investigation only contains elementary school teachers in Tainan County. Four hundred and four people are sampled. “Questionary for Teachers’ Concern in the Variations of the Information Incorporating Teaching” and “Questionary for Teachers’ Teaching Effectiveness” are used as investigating tools. The data collected are analyzed by using Program SPSS 10.5 edition. The methods to compile statistics include: (1)frequency distribution (2)mean (3)MANOVA (4)Pearson Correlation The main results of the research are expounded as follows: 1.Elementary school teachers in Tainan County show their concern which conform to the phase of collaboration. 2.The present-day teachers in the elementary schools in Tainan County provide themselves with high teaching effectiveness. 3.Teachers in the schools with less than 12classes have obvious higher performance in the phases of awareness , self ,teaching influence,collaboration and refocusing. On the contrary, teachers in the schools with 13-24classes don’t show the same good concern. 4.In the phases of awareness and collaboration, male teachers show more obvious difference than female teachers do. At the same time, it shows that male teachers prefer to show more concern in the variations of the information incorporating teaching than the females ones. 5.Teachers who serve a post of the administration in schools show more conspicuous solicitude in the phases of collaboration and refocusing . They perform better than instructor teachers in schools. 6.In the phases of collaboration and refocusing, teachers who has joined the studies about information over 41 hours perform better than those who has only joined it less than 10 hours. 7.There is significant correlation between the concern in the variations of the information incorporating teaching and teaching effectiveness of elementary school teachers. This research can clearly state that the performance about teaching effectiveness can be shown by the “High-concerned” teachers better than that by the “Intermediate-concerned” ones.
