Therefore, they want to take transformation strategy busily so that they can improve their performance. But can transformation gain real value? There are few investigators to discourse the issue. For this reason, this research wants to search the connection between core resources and transformation strategy. The thesis an empirical study by surveying the skill-operation newspaper publishers. The date analysis includes regression analysis, cluster analysis, and analysis of variance. It provides scholars and businessmen with reference. According to research result, it shows that:1.There is positive relationship between human capital resources and transformation strategy; there is positive relationship between model transformation and business performance.2.Core resource would affect financial performance through model transformation or market transformation; Core resource would affect financial performance through organization transformation or diversification.3.Transformation strategy and business performance among core resource clusters are on the significance level.4.Core resource and business performance among transformation strategy clusters are on the significance level.
