The three mutual related factors are the most influential factors over the traditional Taiwan business. As the traditional business faces the urgent change and the foreign competition pressure, this research focuses on how the traditional business takes the solution method. When traditional business carries on the organizational change. In order to consolidate the core competence of traditional business, we must use the technology and the idea of innovation. In addition, how business planning the business strategic effectively is the important key. How business perform the organization change effectively, the successful keys are as follows: (1) Ensuring employee's welfare, and building up good communicative channels for employee. (2) Consolidating core competence and business strategy by way of organization change. (3) Sufficient organizational change must be prepared and planned. (4) Simplifying the task and process, and flattening organization structure. (5) Adopting the techniques of human resource management to improve the performance of organization.
