Klein and Hall(1987) results of a test of three alternative models of the conditions necessary for employee ownership to positively influence employee attitudes are reported.(Adams, 1965) “Equity theory” experiments demonstrated that fairness on organization commitment have influence. Restoring justice from the perspective of the ‘injured’ party may involve affective, cognitive and/or overt responses on the part of that individual. Mowday, Steers and Poter(1982) organization commitment of organization behavior theory can use the prediction target of turnover intention. In terms of these scholars, the objective of this research is to establish a framework that a correlation study of employee’s satisfaction with stock ownership plans on organizational commitment, organization justice and turnover intention. However, a relation-model consisted of corresponding performance measures is established to describe the relations among employee’s satisfaction with stock ownership plans, organizational commitment, organization justice and turnover intention. The empirical results are: Employee’s Satisfaction with Stock Ownership Plans are positively associated with Organizational Commitment. Organization justice is positively associated with Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment is negative associated with Turnover Intention. Discover of research that has found that satisfaction of profit sharing and organizational justice can promote organizational commitment. Then, organizational commitment can reduce turnover intention.
