The Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) is selected as a sample for questionnaires. In this study, factor analysis is conducted to construct validity of questionnaires. Data of Cronbach’s ?coefficient and descriptive statistics analysis are applied to verify the construct validity of the scale and consistency of variables. Simultaneously, the analysis of variances and Scheffé tests are applied in depth to compare the differences among the variables. Pearson's correlation analysis is applied to analyze the correlations of each variable. Finally, the regression analysis were also adopted in this study to illustrate the interactions and interventions among variables. Five major conclusions are obtained as follows: (1) A high identification between person and organization is proved for all departments of AFIT. Good school effectiveness is obtained if the person-organization fit is well combined with organizational innovation. (2) It shows a significant and positive correlationships among person-organization fit, knowledge management activities, organization innovations, and school effectiveness. (3) The variables of organizational innovational can be well interpreted by the dimension of person-organization fit and knowledge management activities. (4) The variables of school effectiveness can be well interpreted by the organizational innovations. (5) There is an intermediary effect of person-organization fit and KM activities on school effectiveness by the organizational innovations. none none 溫源鳳 曹常鴻 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 182 zh-TW
