Wish to purchase car consumer and car owner were the objects of our study. Questionnaires were used to undertake experiment and analysis. With the retrieved samplings, the conclusions as follows: 1. Service quality of company’s E-commerce has influences the consumer’s purchasing intention : Purchasing intention will be promoted if the consumer get satisfaction in E- commerce service quality . 2. Consumer’s product involvement plus influence purchasing intention : Consumer will pay more attention and enhance the purchasing intention when more involve in product information and others . 3. The purchasing intention will be reduced by service quality when enhance involvement : Consumer will understand product characteristic when enhance involvement , they can not be promoted the purchasing intention by E-commerce service quality . 4. Consumer will respect the service quality of E-commence to enhance the purchasing intention if age more old . Consumer will respect the service quality if more old .
