In addition, this study also investigates differences within background variables of teachers in above three aspects. Responses were gathered from the teachers of comprehensive occupational in vocational schools in Taiwan, which is divided into the northern, central, southern and eastern sectors with 390 surveys mailed, 332 of which returned, 302 being valid surveys, and 77.4% being the rate of valid sampling. Acquired data are analyzed by following methods, including descriptive statistics, t-test, F-test , MANOVA, ANOVA, Scheffé method, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, canonical correlation, and multiple regression. Some conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. In the vocational school comprehensive occupational teachers’ teaching belief and teaching belief were inclined to be more progressive. 2. In the vocational school comprehensive occupational teachers’ teaching beliefs and teaching behaviors of teachers were inclined to be more progressive.. 3. In the vocational school comprehensive occupational teachers’ teaching belief and teaching efficacy of teachers were inclined to be more progressive. 4. In the vocational school comprehensive occupational teachers’ teaching belief and teaching behavior and teaching efficacy, there are difference in different sex, job, record of service special, record of service ,the scale of school are significant difference. 5. There was a middle significant positive relationship between teaching Belief and teaching behavior for the vocational school comprehensive occupational teachers. 6. There was a moderate significant positive relationship between teaching belief and teaching efficacy for the vocational school comprehensive occupational teachers. 7. There was a middle significant positive relationship between teaching behavior and teaching efficacy for comprehensive occupational teachers. 8. In the vocational school comprehensive occupational teachers’ teaching behavior and teaching behavior have good predictions to teaching efficacy. According to above findings, the researcher also proposes some suggestions to practitioners and educational authorities.
