Based on the results of the questionnaires sent to 206 special education teachers in the special education classes of vocational senior high schools, some major conclusions are listed below: A. This survey shows that the level of the awareness of teachers’ culture is advanced. The highest point in the questionnaire is “teachers’ belief” while the lowest point is “social interaction”. B.This survey shows that the level of the emphasis on teachers’ professional growth is advanced. The best points in the questionnaire are “teaching skills” and “classroom management skills.” The point that still needs improving is “professional attitude.” C.In terms of the awareness of teachers’ culture, significant differences are found due to different locations of schools, variables-genders, professional background of special education, and teachers’ administration positions. D.In terms of teachers’ professional growth, significant differences are found due to different locations of schools, variables-genders, years of service, and teachers’ administration positions. E.In the special education classes of vocational senior high schools, the correlation coefficients exist between “teachers’ culture” and “teachers’ professional growth” in the special education classes of vocational senior high schools are positive in different perspectives. 蕭金土楊雅惠 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
