碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理所 === 94 === Abstract
In this study, we propose and validate a combined task–technology fit(TTF) model
and UTAUT model to explore the adoption of mobile commerce in the real estate and
insurance industry. In particular, we study: (1) combining TTF and UTAUT theories to
explore the factors affecting the adoption of mobile commerce system and influence on
individual difference performance; (2) exploring the model that constructs relation of
combined TTF and UTAUT model; (3) analysis and compare to model of used mobile
commerce systems in difference between real estate and insurance industry.
Through our research finds:(1) user perceive that task–technology fit of used
mobile commerce systems will be affect the performance expectancy; (2) user perceive
that task–technology fit of used mobile commerce systems will be affect the effort
expectancy; (3) the performance expectancy and the effort expectancy has been
intervening between the influence of task–technology fit on behavioral intention. (4) the
difference in constructs of task–technology fit will be difference affect the performance
expectancy. (5) the difference in constructs of task–technology fit will be difference
affect the effort expectancy. (6) the task–technology fit and use behavior will have
additional explanatory power in predicting perceivied performance impacts beyond that
form the task–technology fit or use behavior alone.
