Using the questionnaire survey for the industrial field, in total 111 pairs of effective samples were included in the final analysis, where the data were analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis to examine the roles of knowledge management capability and organizational learning capability as mediating variables between compensation strategy and organizational innovation. Results of our study found that (1) Compensation strategy has partial direct effect on organizational innovation. (2) Compensation strategy has partial significant effects on knowledge management capability. (3) Knowledge management capability has significant effects on organizational innovation. (4) Knowledge management capability serves as a partial mediator between compensation strategy and organizational innovation. (5) Compensation strategy has partial significant effects on organizational learning capability. (6) Organizational learning capability has partial significant effects on organizational innovation. (7) Organizational learning capability is a partial mediator between compensation strategy and organizational innovation. (8) Organizational learning capability has partial significant effects on knowledge management capability. Finally, based on the findings of our study, several recommendations were provided for both of the industrial and academic fields.
