The study adopted a single-case experimental method with “reversal-replication designs”. The results of this study can be drawn as follows: 1.About the influence of playing rhythm game, the two students’ rhythm perception can be enhanced after playing rhythm games. 2.About performance of playing rhythm games, they made progress in “second treatment phase” (B2). 3.About learning intention, they both had high learning intention. 4.About feelings, these were drawn as follows: (1)They felt rhythm games were interesting and fun. (2)They felt self-fulfillment after winning games. (3)They felt upset after losing games. (4)They felt partners was necessary and wanted to compete against partners. (5)They liked the point-collection card as reward. 5.About learning difficulties, they had learning difficulties in mindset and controlling on playing games. Finally, base on the result of this study, several suggestions for not only parents’ concept of video game but also teachers who teach rhythm in music instructional activities and further studies were presented.
