In Fact, most enterprises are facing severe competition environments in which how to recruit and retain superior manpower has become a critical issue. Executive managers are core competence for each business. The impact for them to resign and leave companies is not only the direct loss but would damage the competence and increased cost for recruiting and training. Sampling from the executive managers of NTPU MBA, EMBA and three public insurance companies are surveyed. The respondents submitted their completed questionnaire by return to better determine and find out the variables mix would affect or predict their turnover intention. Main variables are including job satisfaction, job involvement, organizational commitment and turnover intention. Control variable is personality to understand whether age, marriage status, education, the length of job…etc would be influence factors for turnover intention of executive managers. Executive managers are core competence for each business.
